ADULT TRAINING PROGRAMS

These programs are for the former athlete desiring to get back into shape, the recreational weekend warrior athlete or the person that just isn’t getting the results working out at their local gym.  APEX offers two separate levels of training for these individuals.

Adult Strength and Fitness

This program is designed to improve full body strength, improve core stability, increase cardiovascular conditioning, burn calories, build muscle and improve overall body composition.

Advanced Adult Training

This program is designed for those individuals interested in improving strength and power through more complex, Olympic style movements.  The primary goal is to maximize total body strength and increase lean muscle mass.


Group Session Rates

Training is 2 Sessions/Week

1: $45/Session

2-4: $30-40$ per person/Session (based on participation)

4+: $25 per person/Session

*Team training rates are available and are dependent on the number of athletes.
