Three ways our athletic program is tailored to the developing athlete.

SPEED FOUNDATION

Improvements of lateral and linear speed and agility components including acceleration, deceleration, change of direction, etc.

ATHLETIC DURABILITY

Both bilateral and unilateral exercises will be employed to develop overall strength and stability to improve performance and athletic durability to reduce risk of injury

INDIVIDUAL PROGRESS
MONITORING

Athletes will be individually assessed on a variety of athletic qualities at the beginning and conclusion of the development programs


8 Week, 16 Session Program

$50/session ($800 Total)

4 Week, 8 Session Program

$55/session ($440 Total)
