Christian Galindo
Christian is from the small town of Salina, Kansas. He is a self-proclaimed hard worker. Christian graduated from Sterling College in 2018 with a Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training. He attended East Strasberg University where he worked as a Grad Assistant and received his Master’s degree in 2020. While attending school in PA, Christian worked as the Athletic Trainer for the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins, the Pittsburgh Penguins AAA team. Christian says that his biggest motto for life is, “If you work hard enough, anything is possible.” He is proud of his accomplishments and attributes them to his hard working mindset.
Christian specializes in corrective exercise and function assessments; within the Apex Program. Christian’s approach to training is to treat every client as an individual with unique needs. In his experience, he has found that there is a unique mix that can be tailored for each client to see the best outcome. Christian believes everyone has depth of personality and tries to treat clients that way. He attributes much of his success, as a trainer, to being able to make his clients feel comfortable.
Christian is still fairly new to Gillette and looks forward to exploring the different hiking opportunities around the area. Christian is used to small town life and enjoys a “homey” environment. In his downtime he enjoys reading and considers himself a bit of a bookworm. Christian looks forward to continuing to grow and develop his knowledge, as a trainer, through reading.
