Programs designed to enhance components of speed that will be most valuable to the athletes specific sport and optimally transfer to improved competition performance

STRENGTH TO
POWER TRANSFER

Sessions will be designed to utilize and develop strength levels combined with power building exercises resulting in a more explosive athlete

INDIVIDUAL PROGRESS MONITORING

Athletes will be individually assesed on a variety of athletic qualities at the beginning and conclusion of the performance programs

4 Week, 8 Session Program

$55/session ($440 Total)
