Drayson Hladky
Drayson Hladky, is a 2020 Graduate from Montana State University. Drayson graduated with honors receiving his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. Drayson has a strong background in baseball, playing both high school and college ball. Drayson’s role, within The Apex Program, will be that of a supportive advocate. Drayson strongly values the mental side of training and feels confident that this approach will help clients to develop a well-rounded routine.
During his college career, Drayson learned to utilize bio mechanical research to analyze things like movement, running, throwing, and gait to help develop training programs for athletes. He used these same tools to develop his own training program to run an ultra-marathon. This commitment to excellence speaks directly to Drayson’s motto in life that, “If you’re going to do a job, do it right.”
Drayson is knowledgeable in working with the upper extremities, which comes from his extensive background in baseball, along with his education in Exercise Science. With his knowledge, and understanding, of developing his own training programs Drayson will be a wonderful support advocate for clients looking to achieve specific training goals.
In his free time Drayson enjoys running, hiking, swimming, lifting weights, playing guitar, drawing, and pottery. Drayson hopes to stay connected with the Baseball program in Gillette, as he spent so much time in that program, and would love to give back in some way.
