Our Apex "Fun"damentals Activity Program is the perfect opportunity to get your child out of the house and burn off some energy while learning valuable new skills! 

This 6 week program teaches your child the fundamentals of athletics such as how to:

  • Properly warm-up

  • Hand-eye coordination

  • Running form

  • Skipping form

  • Basic jumping and landing skills

Who: Kids, K-6th grade

When: Tuesday & Thursday evenings @ 5pm

Where: Gillette Physical Therapy

Apex “Fun”damentals Activity Program is available for $80 and is 45-60 minutes long!
