Vision for APEX 2021

I often walk into my office and feel like Will Ferrell in the movie Old School, "We're going streaking, who's coming with me!?". I know my team feels as if my ideas may be as absurd as streaking in public, and they begin to question when that hamster might stop turning the wheel in my head.

After some good constructive discussion, we build on great ideas and identify a critical need for our community. We are extremely excited about our newest program, APEX Personal Training and Rehab Transition Program.

As many of you are aware, we are the only clinic in the state to offer cellular respiration and analytics testing. A test that measures blood lactate levels during an exercise test to reveal your individual metabolic footprint. Simply stated, the test removes the guesswork from determining optimal heart rate ranges required during exercise to achieve specific goals.

Studies suggest that using traditional methods to establish proper HR parameters required to maximize results from exercise is inaccurate 92% of the time. The CRA test itself offers the information to get good results, but we wanted more for our clients, and our clients wanted more for themselves.

So we set out to make that happen.

To climb from good to great. APEX has hired the founder and creator of the cellular respiration and analytics test, Dr. Nicholas Edwards. Nick is an expert in physiology and nutrition as it relates to exercise, and now, combined with an expert team, we can optimize client outcomes, enhance client satisfaction, and surpass client expectations. This program is science, exercise, and expertise connected, and has been proven to be effective.

The APEX program is individualized and tailored to your specific goals; it promotes client engagement, as you, the client, are heavily involved in the decision-making process. AND. . . the program we designed is monitored consistently by oversight from experts in their respective fields of nutrition, exercise, physiology, injury reduction, and muscle recovery. Through consistent expert oversight in all these vital areas throughout your program, we are able to promote longevity and adherence to your exercise plan and optimize your long-term goal achievement.

So, who is this program designed for?

  • Individuals who want to lose weight.

  • Individuals who want to improve performance.

  • Individuals who want to improve their health.

  • Individuals recovering from injury or surgery transitioning from rehab.

  • Individuals who have lifestyle diseases.

It is said, "few people attain great lives, in large part because it's just too easy to settle for a good life." Take the first step on your journey and visit apexap.com, submit your info, and begin that climb from good to great.
