THE FOUNDATION

Programs designed for the pre-teenager with no or minimal experience participating in athletic performance programs. Classes are designed to increase movement competency in combination with the development of a foundation of physical qualities such as speed, strength, stability, balance, coordination etc.


ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT

Programs designed for the young teenager that is most likely attending junior high school. This level includes both the athlete that has and has not had previous experience in athletic performance programs. The training sessions will be designed to enhance the physical qualities that are essential to optimizing game performance as well as create a more resilient athlete.


COMPETITIVE PERFORMANCE

Programs designed for the mid to late teenager who is most likely in senior high school and involved in competitive sports. Training sessions will be designed to enhance the physical qualities in the athlete's specific sport.


TEAM TRAINING

Apex performance training is pleased to offer team training for groups of 6 to 20 athletes. Specific goals would include Injury prevention, Speed and agility training, Strength and power training & Pre season sports specific athletic development.


ADULT TRAINING PROGRAMS

This program is for that former athlete desiring to get back into athletic shape, that weekend warrior recreational athlete, or that individual looking for guided results they cant seem to accomplish on their own.

RANDAL R. HITE, MPT, CSCS, SCS

Randy Hite is a Wyoming state licensed Physical Therapist, ABPTS Board Certified Sport Specialist, and NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.  After completion of his undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from the University of Wyoming, Randy went on to graduate with a Masters of Physical Therapy from the University of North Dakota.  He has 20+ years of clinical experience in orthopedics and sports medicine and has helped thousands of athletes return to the sports they love and enjoy.  One of less than 400 in the world, Randy boasts 10 years’ experience as a board Certified Clinical Specialist in Sports Physical Therapy. This further enhances his treatment for the athlete and demonstrates his strong passion for excellence in sports medicine. With over 18 years as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Randy has had the privilege of training thousands of athletes at the high school, collegiate and professional levels of competition.  He attributes his success to effective program design with emphasis on maximizing sport specific strength and enhancing game specific speed.  Randy has spoken at numerous educational clinics, in 5 different states, to discuss topics including injury prevention, performance enhancement training and progressive rehabilitation techniques.

In addition to hours dedicated to his private practice clinic, Randy serves as the Director of Sports Medicine for the Gillette College Pronghorn athletic teams, as well as the Gillette Wild Hockey program.

Randy loves to teach.  He firmly believes in education, in respect to both his patients and his peers.  He feels that a strong, evidence based foundation of knowledge combined with experience is key to both successful rehabilitation and successful performance training.
